ESTIMATING AND FEES
Initial consultation with each client is free.
Mid-size to large scale projects
(Room additions that include excavation foundation work, modification of rooms within the existing footprint, roofline changes, significant mechanical rework, etc)
A full design phase is required before we can determine the cost of such projects. The design phase itself can be estimated at the initial meeting. After the design work is approved, we review the project on-site with vendors and subcontractors. When their bids are in, we compile an estimate of the full cost of the work through completion.
